Our college is known as Maulana Azad Muslim Teachers Training College as a Minority Institution. It is situated in the very Heart of the city. It has a very fine location on Pal Link Road, Kamla Nehru Nagar, Jodhpur.
Our College is easily approachable from Airport, Railway Station and Roadways bus stand. City buses are frequently available after every 10 to 15 minutes from every nook and corner of the city to this college.
Our college is run by an eminent NGO of Rajasthan called Marwar Muslim Educational & Welfare Society, which runs 32 Educational & Welfare Institutions. The General Secretary, Honorable Advocate Ridmal Khan Mehar, takes keen interest in the innovative development of all the institutions with open heart.
Our college was established in the year 2006 and was inaugurated by honourable society members. Our college is approved by NCTE and affiliated by Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur.
It is a minority institution which was recognised by the National Commission for Minority Educational Institution in 2007. Our college has 50% reserved seats for minority students.
The intake capacity was 100 in the year 2006 to 2007, which was increased to 200 in the year 2008.
Our institution is co-educational by nature. It gives us pleasure to say that this college was inspected by APESR team of NAAC in the year 2011 and it was ranked “B” (2.3) on four point scale.
